Website and Brochure for Laings Edinburgh.

Our project for Laings has seen an ongoing relationship which has grown and grown and has provided them with a range of design material and promotions items that will stand them in great stead for years to come…

Home Page

Continuing our work with Laings, Edinburgh’s premium kitchens and bathrooms provider, we were asked to implement a dedicated website for their Edinburgh showroom. The reason being they already had an Inverurie based showroom and website, which is fine for up north; but a local online presence was seen to be required. So as the team in Edinburgh are rather hands on in all their marketing efforts a WordPress solution was advised so designated members of staff can use the website day to day themselves. A fullscreen layout was advised so as to use the photography of the showroom to the best of its ability in addition to being more descriptive to prospective customers showing the high quality of products Laings offers.

Staff Profiles

The website presents large images very well, immersing the visitor in world of Laings high end luxury kitchens and bathrooms. Photography and the fullscreen layout is uncompromising when the “View” button is pushed. This unique functionality hides the all the information from the website and leaving the photography for all to see. The website does however present company staff and product information very well. At the same time the three product ranges of: kitchens, bathrooms and bathrooms can always found on the left. Additionally a company news feed can always been seen on the right so core information is no more than a click away.

Product Page

Display of kitchens and bathrooms were limited to a “flavor” as many customers prefer to visit the company and speak to the staff before making such a considerable purchase. As a result the range which the company offers was bread crumbed as listed single expandable images that would then qualify the product and the company better. This had the thinking that the website visitor would then be converted in to a showroom visitor or telephone caller.

Contact Page

Finally and importantly the flow of the website to the company contact details is well considered as they are constantly shown on all pages of the website. Social media and secondary pages are accessed using the fly-up menu found at the bottom of the website. This is a dynamic area that can be used to expand the website content and external links – here we have used manufacturers of the kitchens and bathroom Laings offers to it customers. We would urge you to visit the website for yourself and become a visitor to personally experience what we’ve done for Laings Edinburgh and how we’ve significantly improved their online presence in the capital.
